The American Dream 2.0: Reforming Student Aid

Sandy Baum, senior fellow at the George Washington University Graduate School of Education and a member of the American Dream 2.0 coalition, calls for changes to the federal student aid system to support better student outcomes. She explains, “Federal student aid should be designed to increase educational attainment. Targeting aid is not just about equity.
